Mitozyme FL is a versatile Enzyme preparation developed exclusively to reduce wrinkles and growth marks, fold marks in pickled pelt and wet blues. It opens up fibres which leads to better uptake of chemicals used in subsequent operations. It gives flat and smooth silky grain with uniform colour. It must be used for making gloving, upholstery natural dry milled and other softer articles.

Salient Features:

It gives silky smooth grain, remove harshness, coarseness & wrinkles.
Opens up fibre structure leading to better uptake of chemicals subsequently used.
Subsides growth marks.
Removes fold marks completely in pickled stage and upto 75% in wet blue condition.
Ideal for making gloving, upholstery and other softer articles.
Reduces fat liquor usage by 3 to 4%
Helps in getting uniform dye shade.

Recommended Usage:

In cow gloving leathers, it can be used 0.3 to 0.5% on shaved wet blue weight after rechroming and addition of sodium format so that pH would be ideal ( 4.4 ) for optimum enzyme activity. Run it for one hour and leave it overnight. Next day run for 30 minutes and proceed for neutralization.
For cow upholstery: 0.3 - 0.4% .
For cow natural dry milled and printed dry milled leather: 0.3 -0.4%.
For buffalo upholstery: 0.75-1.0% along with neutralization.
For goat Nappa: 1.0-1.5% (leave overnight after rechroming).
For cow & buffalo Nappa: 1.5-2.0%.
To remove fold marks in sheep & goat pickled pelt : 0.5 to 1.0% after depickling along with degreasing agent.
To remove fold marks in sheep & goat wet Blue: 0.75-1.0%.
