Desizing Enzymes:
During weaving, threads are subjected to mechanical stress. To alleviate this problem, the threads are covered with a polymeric substance - the size. The sizing material, most commonly - Starch, which is used to provide mechanical strength to the thread at the time of weaving, has to be completely removed after weaving, to avoid uneven dyeing, poor batch-to-batch reproducibility and unacceptable printing.
